Villa Cleaning & Laundry Services

We can provide a full cleaning and laundry service for your property, anything from a full Builders Clean for a new property, Spring Clean, or the normal Changeover/Departure clean. We provide all of the cleaning materials and equipment to be used. All laundry is collected from your property, professionally laundered and returned. We guarantee that all cleaning work will be carried out to a very high standard.

Builders Clean

• Clean Kitchen cupboards, drawers and all surfaces
• Wash bathroom & kitchen tiles
• Clean bathrooms
• Dust all surfaces
• Clean all windows
• Vacuum and wash all floors
• Remove marks left by builders
• Clean inside & outside of all wardrobes
• Clean all internal doors
• Sweep and clean terraces

Spring Clean

• Clean kitchen cupboards, drawers and all surfaces, oven & hob
• Remove all perishable food
• Dust all furniture and vacuum soft furnishings
• Defrost fridge freezers and clean
• Clean all wall tiles
• Clean windows
• Clean ceiling fans
• Remove mould marks from walls
• Vacuum and wash floors

Changeover/Departure Clean

• Collect dirty linen & towels
• Make and prepare beds, put out clean towels, t-towels, bath mats etc
• Dust all surfaces, vacuum and wash floors in all rooms
• Clean bathrooms & toilets, replace toilet rolls
• Clean kitchen surfaces, wipe inside cupboards & utensil drawer, oven & microwave
• Clean inside fridge and remove all perishable food
• Remove all rubbish

At a Changeover/Departure clean, windows are cleaned as and when seen to be necessary and will be charged extra on an hourly rate for this service. The cleaning of outside terraces, furniture and barbecue areas are also charged on an hourly rate.

On changeover days we are very busy so it is important that your guests leave by 10am and new guests do not arrive until after 4 pm.

Laundry collection

There may be times when you do not require your property cleaning but would like to use our laundry service. We can collect your dirty laundry when you depart, take it to be professionally laundered and return it to your property when it has been cleaned.

Mid stay linen & towel change

If you have guests staying at your property and would like a mid stay linen and towel change we can also provide this service for you. Our representative would call at the property, make up the beds with clean linen, put out clean towels and take the dirty linen to be laundered.
