Property management options as follows:

• Cleaning & Laundry

Whether one off or regular cleans for holiday lets, our cleans will include full clean, changing of beds and the laundering of bed linen and towels.
We also offer a spring cleaning service at the beginning or end of each season.

• Property Security Check/Keyholding

This service is provided for security purposes and to check that all services such as plumbing, electricity, gas, etc. are in full working order. This service is priced per visit and can be undertaken weekly or on a more irregular basis as per your requirements, giving peace of mind when away from Spain.

• Meet and Greet

When your clients arrive at your Villa/Apartment we will be there to meet them. We will show them how all the appliances work and supply them with general information about the area, plus car hire information if required, in order that your visitors holiday gets off to an enjoyable start.

• Welcome Pack

As and when requested we will make sure a ‘welcome pack’ is available on arrival. This will contain basic food and drink items such as bread, milk, tea/coffee, butter etc for your clients to use when they arrive, this is especially important for late night arrivals or Sunday arrivals when most supermarkets in Spain can be closed.

• Airport Service

An airport service can be arranged to transfer yourselves or your clients to their destination, some people may want to arrive at their villa before tackling the Spanish roads with a hire car.

• Gardening – Landscaping

We will maintain your gardens as per your instructions. This work will cover weeding, tidying, cutting back, sweeping etc.
Also, we offer a Landscaping & Design service for anyone wishing to re-design their garden or for those who have purchased a new property.
Let us add the finishing touches that will make the difference to your property.

• Pool Maintenance

The service we offer for cleaning & maintaining your pool will include a twice weekly visit during the summer months and a once weekly visit throughout the winter months, in order to maintain your swimming pool to the required level for safe and enjoyable swimming.

• General Maintenance

We will provide a service which will deal with day to day DIY and general maintenance of your property. If further work is required we can contact experienced professionals such as Electricians, Plumbers and Builders on your behalf. We will oversee any work to be carried out and report back to you on a regular basis.

• Window Cleaning

An interior and exterior window cleaning service is available.
This maybe required once a month or more frequently depending on the weather, or if the property is being used for holiday lettings.

• Painting – Interior/Exterior

If required, we can arrange for your property to be painted internally or externally to your specifications.
