Property Management & Villa Letting Services

If you have a property here in the Northern Costa Blanca area that you do not live in you will want to ensure that it is safe while empty or properly looked after if you are letting it to holiday makers. That's where ECPS come in to play, we have a range of services to make sure that your dream villa is kept in perfect condition and then when you do visit all you need to worry about is enjoying your stay!

The following additional services can be provided on an individual basis, depending on your requirements:

Property Security check

This service is provided for security purposes and to check that all services such as plumbing, electricity, gas and security alarms are in full working order. All rooms are aired and checked for damp or mould patches, also checked for any sign of vermin or pests. A visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property will be carried out. If any major problems are found we will take a digital photo and email this to your for your inspection.

This service is priced per visit and can be undertaken weekly, monthly or on a more irregular basis as per your requirements, thus giving peace of mind to you the owner when you are away from your Spanish property.

A property that is obviously visited regularly is less likely to be burgled and any problems found can be alleviated before they become a major concern.

Key Holding only

We will hold the keys to your property and with your authorisation make them available to visiting tradesmen or guests. Meeting guests or tradesmen at the property will be classed as a call out and charged accordingly.

Call out service

This service is provided to meet tradesmen at your property and allow them to gain entry when we have received authority from you to do so. If you require us to visit guests staying at your property to help with any problems that may arise, this will also be charged as a call out.

Welcome Pack

If required by you or your guests we can provide a welcome pack of food and drinks to be in your property on arrival. This will contain bread, butter, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, jam, eggs, a bottle of wine and 6 small bottles of beer. This pack can be useful for late arrivals, providing them with some basic items until they can visit the shops the following day.

Airport service

An airport service can be arranged to transfer yourselves or your guests to their destination, as some people may want to arrive at their villa before tackling the Spanish roads in a hire care. If hire cars are required we can recommend companies to use where you can either collect and drop off your car at the airport or have a car delivered to your property.

Locksmith

ECPS can recommend and call out for you a very reliable Locksmith who operates a 24 hour Lockout service, will fit patio door & shutter locks, can change all of your locks to a 1-key system, provides CCTV cameras and video entry systems.
