A private gated driveway leads into the grounds of the villa. There you will find well-tended gardens with palm trees, citrus trees and flowering shrubs. The front door leads into the hallway of the upper level of the villa and into the large lounge which has been furnished with leather sofas and chair. The dining area provides space for 8 people to eat in comfort. There is satellite TV with all of the terrestrial UK channels, a DVD player and music system. From the lounge you can step outside onto the large naya, which has a small sea view and is furnished with table, chairs & a gas barbecue, making this area ideal for al-fresco dining.

The hallway leads to a fully fitted kitchen, well equipped with an oven & hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven. There are 3 double bedrooms and a family room with a double bed and a single bed, all of the bedrooms benefit from high quality bedroom furniture. One of the double bedrooms is the master bedroom which has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, this room is air-conditioned and also has a luxury en suite bathroom with a corner bath/jacuzzi, spa shower, wc, and twin vanity units. You will also find a family shower room on this level. The upper level of the villa benefits from central heating.

At the end of the hallway there is a door which leads to the stairs going down to the lower level of the villa. This level has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room, the third bedroom has two single beds. Here you will find another large lounge with leather sofas and comfortable chairs, TV, DVD player & music system. The dining area has a table and six chairs, at the end of this room there is a well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. A door leads out to the pool terrace and gardens.

Outdoors you will find large secure private grounds with off road parking. The upper level has a balcony and terrace with a small sea view, table & chairs, sun-awnings & gas barbecue. The lower level has a terrace with a shaded area overlooking the pool, sun-loungers, table & chairs & gas bbq.

The villa is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard, it has everything a large party of people would require to make this their perfect holiday home.
