Double Bedroom

A private gated driveway leads to the grounds of the villa. The front door leads to a large lounge/dining room which has been furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large dining room table and chairs. Double doors open onto the naya and pool terrace. From the dining area there is a door leading into the modern and well fitted kitchen, another door leads to the hallway, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The double bedroom with en suite has double doors leading to the pool terrace, there are 3 twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside cabinets. Fans are supplied in all bedrooms and a selection of DVDs, CDs & books are available inside the villa.

Outside you will find a large sun terrace with good quality garden furniture, a private pool with roman steps, outside shower and barbecue area. There is a naya with table and chairs, which provides a shaded area for dining outside during the day time.

The villa stands on a large secure private plot all on one level except for a few steps which lead down to a small garden with fruit trees. There are gates to the front of the villa and a carport for shade.
