Property/Villa Management Services

When you have found your dream property, let us take care of it for you by providing high quality services to maintain it. ECPS manage a number of properties for clients who have villas or apartments in the Moraira and Javea areas of the Northern Costa Blanca.

Our standard Management package - We can offer you our standard monthly management package, or if this doesn't suit your needs you can choose and pay for individual services as you require them.

Included in our standard management package are:

Key holding service

We will hold the keys to your property and make them available for guests or tradesmen on request. If you have a key safe at you property we will make sure the keys are placed inside it before guests arrive and check that they have been returned when they leave. If there is a long gap between bookings we will remove the keys and hold them until they are required again.

Property inspection - monthly visit when unoccupied

This service is provided for security purposes and to check that all services such as plumbing, electricity, gas and security alarms are in full working order. All rooms are aired and checked for damp or mould patches, also checked for any signs of pest or vermin.

Visit to property after storms and/or power cuts

Storms and power cuts can be regular occurrences in Spain, especially during the winter months. We would visit your property to check for any damage caused by the storm and switch the power back on and make sure everything was in good working order.

Emergency contact

All guests would be given our home and mobile telephone numbers so they can contact us in an emergency.

Communication with owners as necessary

We will be in regular contact with you the owner by email or telephone to report on any problems at the property and to update you regarding any work that is being carried out. We will also inspect the property when your guests depart and report back if any damage has been found.

Help organise maintenance work or repairs

If any maintenance work or repairs are required at your property we will discuss this with you and then contact the necessary tradesmen to arrange for the work to be done on your behalf.
