ECPS is owned and run by a husband and wife team, Ken & Pam Dean, who having moved to Spain to live decided to buy a property in the lovely costal area of Moraira.

Ken, whilst living in the East Midlands was a Director of a Cleaning Services Company, which operated mainly in the Retail sector. As a Director for the south of England he had around 200 employees reporting to him via regional managers. Pam worked for a large Electronics company for 14 years as a Buyer before moving to Spain to live.

Having purchased our own property in Spain we are only too aware of the problems that may occur from time to time, we hope that the knowledge we have gained can be of some benefit to you.

Our aim is to provide a personal and professional service to all of our
customers. We will ensure that all services will be carried out to a very high standard and any problems occurring will be alleviated before they become a major concern, therefore, giving complete peace of mind to all property owners.

The only things you or your guest will need to worry about are, “ which nice restaurant should we dine at tonight and what factor sun lotion do we need for tomorrow”!
