We are a small & friendly property services company operating in the northern area of the Costa Blanca.
The areas we cover are:- Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia. We also operate inland up to 10 km.

We provide Villa and Apartment cleaning services including laundry, gardening, landscaping and general maintainence, pool cleaning and maintainence plus a host of other extras.
Our services page will show you in detail all of the services we can provide to maintain your property to a standard that you and your guests would require.

Flexibility of choice

All of the services listed can be provided with a complete flexibility of choice. We can, if you wish, put together for you a package of services which you may require. Or, if you are only looking for someone to clean your pool, tidy your garden once every two weeks, or you just need a one off clean for the property, we would be happy to do this for you.

More services may be required if you are intending to let your property rather than if it is being occupied just occasionally, so we can tailor the package to suit your individual requirements.

If you do intend to let your property, the service we provide will keep customers happy and wanting to return, or at the very least, leaving with the intention of recommending your villa/apartment on to others.
